It assumes that the centre will be given as a vector of
centre = {x1, x2, ..., xn}
and boundaries will be given as:
boundaries = {DomX1, DomX2, ..., DomXn}
for DomX1 (dominium of the first dimension given as [x1_min, x1_max],
Hence, boundaries is given as:
boundaries = {x1_min, x1_max, x2_min, x2_max, ... , xn_min, xn_max}
It will test that all the values of the centre is inside their respective dominium. If the test fails, it will raise an exception (invalid_argument) to express that the given centre is not inside the boundaries.

Hence, each bin will follow this rule:

Assuming that the input workspace is a Numeric Image where the pixel positions depend on their relative position inside the workspace, this function extracts the position of the first and last pixel of the image.
It is important that the input workspace must be a numeric image, and not an instrument related workspace. The function will raise exception (std::invalid_argument) if an invalid input is give.
